A 60-Second Grounding Breath

  1. Sit comfortably on your mat or cushion.

  2. Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds.

  3. Hold gently for 2 seconds.

  4. Exhale for 6 seconds.

  5. Repeat for one minute.
